At Firefly Tees & Transfers, we take pride in offering high-quality, maker-tested products. Because many of our items are specialty supplies, all returns and refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Requesting a Return or Refund
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please email us at support@fireflydtf.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Your email should include:

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and determine if the item is eligible for a return or refund.
Eligibility
Refunds or returns are not guaranteed and are approved at our discretion. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be considered. Due to the nature of our products, used items, opened consumables, custom items, subscription boxes, and mystery items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Approved Returns
If a return is approved, additional instructions will be emailed. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error or defect.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
